Lunch: Mild energy soup – Veggie Juice
Dinner: Mild energy soup
Thursday:
Breakfast: Applesauce, apple pear sauce, or apple peach sauce
Lunch: Sprout, lettuce, and wild edibles salad, with avocado dressing.
Energy soup with more greens and avocado
Dinner: CHI sprout salad w/dressing, energy soup
Friday:
Breakfast: Watermelon, melon, or apple, pear, peach, berry smoothie
Noon: Green drink (optional)
Lunch: Sprouts, lettuce w/avocado dressing (tomatoes, marinated cucumbers
may now be used). Green energy soup with wild edibles and avocado,
marinated cucumber
Dinner: Sprout, lettuce, and wild edibles salad, with dressing, seed pate,
(tomatoes, cucumbers may now be used).

Saturday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with almond mylk, optional raisins, banana, apples
Lunch: Nori rolls, salad, and energy soup.
Dinner: Energy soup with Sprout loaf (lentil, garbanzo, or pea), w/sauce
Week Two
Sunday:
Breakfast: Smoothie, Watermelon, melon, or citrus. Optional oatmeal, fruit bowl
Lunch: Raw Gourmet Vegan Buffet
Dinner: Leftover Vegan Buffet items,
Monday:
Breakfast: Watermelon juice, or mild energy soup
Lunch: Mild energy soup (no fat)
Dinner: Energy soup (no fat)
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Melon, oatmeal, fruit smoothie, or citrus, fruit bowl
Lunch: Garden burgers, CHI salad dressing, crackers, greens
Dinner: Green salad, tasty soup, crackers
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Fruit smoothie, melon, or cut fruit
Lunch: CHI salad dressing, ass’t side dishes. Guest “suggestions”
Dinner: Green salad, tasty energy soup
Thursday:
Breakfast: Smoothie, melon, or fruit
Lunch: Energy soup, greens, desssing, cole slaw, guacomole
Dinner: Green salad, tasty energy soup, and seed cheese.
Friday:
Breakfast: Smoothie, melon, or fruit
Lunch: “Graduation Banquet” usually vegan pizza and/or lasagna with guest
suggestions
All meals are served buffet style.

Often, leftovers are served at the following meal (lunch or dinner).
Energy soup is served at every meal.
